Research on Construction of Index System of Tourist Attraction Network Public Opinion——Based on Tourists' Reviews over 100 5A Scenic Spots on Mafengwo

This paper selected 100 5A tourist attractions,which had over 100 articles of reviews in 2014- 2015 on Mafengwo,as the study objects,from which the authors got about 45000 articles of the reviews to be the samples. Then the samples were processed in ROST CM6. 0,and through the analysis of semantic network and the high- frequency words,the authors generalized 4 first level indicators and 14 second level indicators using the grounded theory,based on the perspective of tourism network public opinion,and finally established the index system of tourist attraction network publish opinion. Moreover,the authors made a empirical analysis for the application and practical guidance of this index system,taking Taishan mountain as an example. The results showed that this system helped tourist attractions in improving the operation and management,as well as the monitoring and early warning,based on the perspective of tourists.
