Research on Accounting for Ecological Assets in Fuxian Lake Basin Based on Green Equivalent

Ecological assets was the amount of money represented ecosystems which provided the material basis and services for human social activities value,but actually calculating a regional ecological assets was to evaluate supported by the natural environment in the region of the human economic and social sustainable capacity. Based on the ecological assets of forest ecosystem and the theory of equivalent service value of function,ecological green equivalent could efficiently calculate the value of region ecological assets. In this paper,based on the ecological green equivalent mode to accounte the ecological assets value of Fuxian Lake Basin during the period of 1992-2014 year amount. The results showed that: 1Fuxian Lake Basinin 1992,1996,2001,2006,2010,2014 year,the total assets respectively were: 161. 44 billion yuan、162. 02 billion yuan、160. 56 billion yuan、160. 49 billion yuan、160. 52 billion yuan、160. 45 billion yuan,and the ecological assets value decreased year by year. 2Fuxian Lake provided ecological value of 90% in the total assets value,in maintaining environmental stability,the lake played an important role.
