Research on Effect and Path of Transformation and Upgrading of Steel Industry Driven by Supply-side Structural Reform

Supply-side structural reform aimed to promote industrial restructuring and optimization,to achieve the optimal allocation of factors,it was an important means of driving the transformation and upgrading of the steel industry. At present,there were a series of problems in China's iron and steel industry,such as supply exceeding demand,homogeneous competition,high financing cost and increasing environmental constraint. First of all,this paper clearly showed that the supply-side structural reform drove the transformation and upgrading of the steel industry from the government,labor,innovation,capital of the four main lines,and the design the driving effect model. Secondly,this paper analyzed the mechanism of the driving effect model,supply-side structural reform through the decentralization of decentralization,the release of human capital,improve the financing environment,the reform of capital elements and other means to achieve the driving effect. Finally,according to the basic idea of effect analysis,we could accelerate the transformation and upgrading of iron and steel industry by playing the leading role of government,promoting labor value,maintaining innovation core position and optimizing capital allocation.
