Attitude,Behavior and Responsibility:Research on Influence Perception of Rural Tourism Practitioners

The perceptions and attitudes of destination community residents towards tourism impacts were heterogeneous,and the degree of participation had a negative impact on the degree of support and attitudes towards tourism and tourists.From the perspective of tourism practitioners who participated in community development,this paper analyzed the attitude,behavior and responsibility of tourism practitioners in Golden Knife Gap town by means of questionnaire and in-depth interview.The results found that tourism practitioners obtained greater economic benefits in business,to support a positive attitude to tourism development,benefit more confirmed,mainstream positive perception and support attitude was strong.At the same time,in the perception of tourism impact excitation of tourism practitioners would increase the power generation,began to actively think about the development of community tourism and put into practice.More importantly,tourism practitioners did not only pay attention to the own economic interests,but also other residents of the community needed,and actively fulfill the social responsibility to promote community development.
