Study on the Mechanism of Transportation Affecting Analysis and Evaluation in Motorization Era

In recent years, with the accelerated sustained rapid economic development and urbanization of the city, the domestic large and medium-sized city gradually entered the era of motorized, motor vehicles increase. At the same time, along with the rapid development of city construction, city land development intensity increases, the result is to increase the city traffic generation and attraction, causing tremendous pressure on the city roads and other infrastructure. Especially in the city of large-scale construction projects, traffic generation and attraction are spread around the network project and even the whole city road network, lead to local and global traffi c imbalance between supply and demand. In some places because of over-exploitation of the city, in large construction projects do not consider the traffi c problems in the future,and to project construction, road traffic management surrounding brings insuperable diffi culties. It is often seen.In order to effectively prevent due to excessive development of the city to city traffic system caused by excessive pressure, to ensure the supply of and demand for city traffic basic balance, reasonable traffic organization, maintaining smooth traffic safety, reduce the rate of traffi c accidents, this requires the city land planning, construction project approval stage, the planning department and traffic management departments according to the requirements of road traffi c management and use of time, to review the infl uence of construction project may have on the surrounding traffi c. In the city the transportation infrastructure construction, planning, construction, environmental protection is established, the traffic control department coordination, coordination mechanisms, establish the city of large-scale construction projects, scientific decisionmaking procedures and supervision and management system.
