Objective:To study the effect of pine pollenon on non-specificity immune in mice. Methods:The mice were administerd at the doses of 0.45,0.90,1.80 g/kg,respectively for 30 days. The ability of mononuclear macrophage eliminating carbon and the mononuclear celiac macrophage phagocytic activity of pine pollen and function of NK cell were tested. And then 3 immune function indexes were measured to judge the effect of pine pollen on immune system. Results:Pine pollen strengthened the ability of mononuclear macrophage eliminating carbon and the mononuclear celiac macrophage phagocytic activity. Conclusion:Pine pollen can strengthen the non-specificity immune function.
