Effect of Different Temperature on Flower-Bud Differentiation of Broccoli(Brassica oleracea var. Italica Plenk.)

Proper low temperature was propitious to flower-bud differentiation of broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica). Prematurity broccoli plant could finish every course of flower-bud differentiation at 14 ℃. The every course of flower-bud differentiation couldn't be finished at 18 ℃, though its flower-bud could differentiation. It maintained vegetative growth stage at 22 ℃. In addition, the flower-bud differentiation was accompanied by changes of GA3 and IAA contents. More GA3 content and less IAA content during every furcation scape primor-dium differentiation were recorded.
