A clinical research on treatment for fat liquefaction of abdominal incisions in gynecological surgeries

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of abdominal incision fat liquefaction treatment in gynecological surgeries.Method:64 patients admitted to the gynecological surgeries with abdominal incision fat liquefaction in our hospital during June 2008 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 32 cases each.The 32 patients in the control group were treated with traditional methods and the observation group patients were treated with red hght irradiation method.Wound healing time and treatment effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After treatment,in the observation group there were 3 effective cases and the total effective rate was 96.9%.In the control group there were 5 effective cases and the total effective rate was 81.2%.The difference on total effect rate between the two groups was statistically significant(x~2 =6.1722,P 0.05).Conclusion:For patients with abdominal incision fat liquefaction after gynecological surgery,preventive nursing measures shall be taken and the adverse conditions shall be handled timely.The red light irradiation therapy is beneficial for patients in wound healing.The clinical effect is obvious and it is worthy of further promotion.
