Analysis of clinical effects of ovulation induction methods for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of different ovulation induction methods in PCOS patients.Methods:100 patients with PCOS were divided into Group A and Group B.Group A patients received GnRH-a treatment,and Group B patients received GnRH-A treatment.Clinical indicators and curative effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:Gn dosage,HCG daily LH level and E2 level in Group B were significantly lower than that of Group A and the cycle cancellation rate of Group B was6%,less than 14%of Group A.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant,P0.05.Conclusion:The effect of GnRH—A on ovulation induction in patients with PCOS is better than that of GnRH-a.
