A retrospective analysis of 190 cases of gynecological intra-abdominal hemorrhage

Objective:To explore the clinical symptoms and treatment of gynecological intra-abdominal hemorrhage.Methods:Clinical data of 190 cases of gynecological intra-abdominal hemorrhage in our hospital during January 1,2010 to December 31,2014 were reviewed and analyzed.The clinical manifestations and treatments applied were reviewed.Results:Among the 190 patients,135 underwent exploratory laparotomy,24 underwent curettage,and 7 underwent dilatation of cervical canal.Clinical symptoms of the 190 cases include shock,45 cases;acute abdomen,112 cases;and bellyache,29 cases.All the patients recovered after treatment.Conclusion:The main causes of gynecological intra-abdominal hemorrhage include ectopic pregnancy,corpus luteum rupture,and diseases such as blood flow back due to various causes.Gynecological abdominal hemorrhage features acute onset,rapid progress and it shall be given prior attention.Early diagnosis and treatment are of great significance to patients and applicable treatment shall be chosen according to the clinical manifestations.
