Efficacy of Nursing on pain of neonatal

Objective:To discuss the efficacy of nursing intervention on pain of neonatal.Methods:232cases of newborns in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,116 cases in each group.Newborns in control group(116cases)were given routine nursing,and newborns in observation group(116cases)were given nursing of replace the position,touching,non-nutritive sucking,and rooming-in care based on the control group.The pain and physiological indices of two groups were observed.Results:The pain score of observation group was(2.16±0.12),which was significantly lower than control group(5.39±0.13)(P 0.05);The heart rate of observation group at operation of pain caused was(137.5±5.2)times/ min,which was significantly lower than control group(150.3±7.5)times/min(P 0.05);The operating oxygen saturation of observation group at operation of pain caused was(96.6±5.0)%,which was significantly higher than control group(90.8±5.4)%(P 0.05).Conclusion:In nursing intervention on neonatal pain,necessary nursing intervention can effectively reduce neonatal pain,improve their physiological indicators,and promote their healthy growth and development.
