Clinical treatment and prevention of bleeding during cesarean section

Objective:To implement treatment for patients with massive hemorrhage in cesarean section,bleeding and explore factors and protection strategy.Methods:Asystematic review in February 2015-February 2016 into our line of cesarean section and hemorrhage occurs symptoms of 45 patients,according to the individual cases of patients with symptomatic treatment,and evaluate the related factors of the intraoperative bleeding,concludes that an effective strategy to prevent hemorrhage.Results:45cases of maternal intraoperative bleeding,contractions weakness,placental factors lead to intraoperative bleeding in the majority of cases,the ratio is higher than other factors(P 0.05).All cases after symptomatic hemostatic therapy,life indicators tend to be stable,no death case.Conclusion:Medical staff need to correctly evaluate the truth according to each patient symptoms,to select appropriate method to implement the bleeding,at the same time do a good job in clinical prevention provide powerful guarantee for maternal and infant safety.
