Clinical progress of different doses of bupivacaine in combined spinal epidural anesthesia for cesarean section

Cesarean section is a common treatment of high-risk pregnancy,the effect of the operation of the requirements for the rapid onset of action and high safety,so that the safety of mother and child is guaranteed.Combined spinal epidural anesthesia(CSEA)has a narcotic effect exactly,good muscle relaxation,induction period is short,the sustainable advantage in medicine,in cesarean section in the application of the anesthesia methods to effectively shorten the delivery time of the fetus.In cesarean section,CSEA commonly used narcotic drugs for bupivacaine,the drug in the cesarean section of the effectiveness and safety of CSEA is higher,however,the best dose of anesthesia,there is still a big controversy.In this paper,the clinical application and research progress of CSEA of different doses of bupivacaine in cesarean section were reviewed,in order to provide reference for clinical work.
