Influence of individualized health education on treatment compliance of outpatients with hypertension

Objective:To evaluate the influence of individualized health education on treatment compliance of outpatients with hypertension.Methods:286cases of treatment of hypertensive in our hospital from July 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital outpatient service were selected as the research object,and were divided into observation group(156cases)and control group(130cases)according to the single bimonthly.The control group used conventional health education,and the observation group used personalized health education.The treatment compliance between the two groups after 3months and 6months was compared.Results:The compliance of treatment of the observation group after the intervention for 3months and 6months was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.95% VS 82.31%,91.67% VS 78.46%),the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion:Personalized health education intervention can significantly improve the treatment compliance of patients with hypertension in outpatient department.It has a wide range of clinical value.
