Crisis management intervention in patients with acute alcohol intoxication night emergency nursing safety and nurse the influence of its own security

Objective:Crisis management intervention in patients with acute alcohol intoxication late night emergency nursing safety and nurse the influence of its own security.Methods:Choose from January 2013 to June 2013 between 86cases of patients with acute alcoholism emergency,late night were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=43).Control group given conventional emergency care,observation group nursing crisis management intervention.Compare two groups of patients control situation and situation of nursing adverse events and service satisfaction.Results:The average promote wake time observation group was obviously lower than the control group,service satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group;Nursing adverse events analysis results:observation group of patients without self-injury,nurse violence events occurred in 2cases,6cases control group nurses suffer violence,self-injury events in patients with 1case;Comparing the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:In patients with acute alcohol poisoning emergency late night enable nursing intervention,and crisis management can significantly shorten the patients to promote wake time,improve the quality of nursing and service satisfaction,reduced nursing adverse events,the guarantee of the personal safety of nurses working in emergency first aid.
