Application effect of predictive nursing intervention on reducing the incidence of syncope in outpatient blood sampling

Objective:To explore the effect of predictive nursing intervention on reducing the incidence of syncope in outpatient blood sampling.Methods:Choosing to outpatient blood in 200 cases,100cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group given conventional nursing,the observation group implement predictive nursing intervention,including setting a sudden syncope contingency plans and emergency nursing process,psychological nursing before blood collection,blood process,after blood under observation,etc.Compare two groups of patients with paroxysmal syncope incidence and blood service satisfaction.Results:Observation group in pursuance of sudden syncope incidence was significantly lower than the control group,observation group service satisfaction score is significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Take predictive nursing intervention for the outpatient blood person,can significantly reduce the incidence of blood sudden syncope,improve satisfaction,ensure the quality of nursing service quality.
