The effect of the quality of blood collection staff on service satisfaction and blood donation willingness of the first unpaid blood donors in the street

Objective:And to explore the effect of the quality of blood collection staff on the satisfaction of service and the willingness to blood donation again.Methods:Using the questionnaire survey,the comparative analysis of Lianyungang City,Jiangsu Province,January 2013 to December 2014(control group)and January 2015 to December 2016(observation group)100cases of the first street unpaid blood donors to the crowd The satisfaction of service quality and the effect of blood donation.Results:The two groups issued a total of 200 questionnaires,the effective recovery rate of 100%.There were significant differences in the satisfaction level between the observation group and the control group in the technical level,interaction and blood donation knowledge of blood collection workers(P 0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion:The satisfaction of the blood quality of the staff of the first unpaid blood donation on the street has a significant impact on their willingness to donate blood again.The quality of service of the staff should be strengthened and the technical level and service ability should be improved to stabilize and expand the blood donation team.
