Effect of DSA-guided Intervention on Intervention of Interventional Intervention for Nursing of Oviduct in Perioperative Period

Objective:To explore the effect of DSA guided interventional treatment of perioperative management of tubal obstruction in perioperative period.Methods:A total of 118 patients with tubal obstruction were selected from DSA-guided oviduct intervention in January 2001 to January 2016.Fifty-two patients were given routine nursing as control group and 66 patients were treated with Chinese and Western medicine Group,compared the clinical effect of the two groups of patients.Results:The incidence of postoperative complication in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The results of the return visit in the observation group showed that the pregnancy rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly Higher than the control group;the above were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion:DSA-guided interventional treatment of tubal obstruction in patients with perioperative care of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,improve recanalization and pregnancy rate,speed up the recovery time and improve service satisfaction.
