A comparative study of two immune methods in the treatment of pregnant women with negative blocking antibody and recurrent spontaneous abortion

Objective:Compare two methods of immunotherapy for the therapeutic effect of closed antibody negative recurrent miscarriage.Methods:Choose diagnosis unknown cause sexual closed negative antibody detection of recurrent abortion patients270 cases,were randomly divided into the lymphocyte immune treatment group(162cases)and intravenous drip immunoglobulin group(108cases),lymphocytes were used respectively to active immunotherapy and small dose of intravenous immunoglobulin passive immunotherapy,statistics of two groups of pregnancy success rate.Results:The active immune treatment group,135 cases of successful pregnancy(83.3%),passive immunity treatment group,97 cases of successful pregnancy(90.0%)(P 0.05),adverse reactions in the two groups,the incidence of active immunization group was 7.4%,passive immunization group was 0.9%(P 0.05).Conclusion:The curative effects of the two treatment methods with negative blocking antibody and recurrent spontaneous abortion are about the same,but the low dose IVIG treatment was more simple and safety.
