Study the Effect of Objective Nursing in Emergency Nursing Intervention in Reducing Nursing Disputes and Increasing Nursing Satisfaction

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on reducing nursing disputes and improving the satisfaction of nursing in emergency nursing.Methods:128cases were randomly selected in our hospital in October 2015-2016 year in October admitted in the emergency department patients,according to the odd and even numbers of hospital patients were divided into two groups,control group(64cases)patients with routine nursing intervention,the target group(64cases)of patients admitted to hospital with the objectives of nursing intervention during the period between two groups patients with nurse patient disputes,the degree of satisfaction of nursing patients.Results:After nursing,the target group of nurse patient disputes rate was 3.1%,significantly lower than the conventional group 17.2%,the data had significant differences,P 0.05,at the same time,nursing satisfaction target group of patients was 96.9%,significantly higher than the conventional nursing group85.9%,the data had significant differences,P 0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of nursing intervention in emergency department patients,can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing disputes,improve patient care satisfaction,it is worth promoting the application.
