Perioperative nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic resection of hepatic hemangioma

Objective:To analyze the perioperative nursing methods and effects of laparoscopic hepatectomy for hepatic hemangioma.Methods:hepatic hemangioma resection patients as the observation objects out of 48 cases of laparoscopic from June2015-2017 year in February in our hospital,were randomly divided into control group(24cases)and observation group(24cases),the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group were given perioperative complications between high quality nursing care.The nursing satisfaction and postoperative were compared between the two groups.Results:the incidence of postoperative complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,and the satisfaction degree of the patients in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion:the implementation of high quality nursing care in patients undergoing laparoscopic resection of hepatic hemangioma in perioperative period can effectively prevent postoperative complications and improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
