Effect of quality control activities on the incidence of constipation in patients with cardiovascular hospitalization

Objective:To explore the effect of quality control(QCC)activities in reducing the incidence of constipation in cardiovascular hospitalized patients.Methods:To carry out the theme of"reduce the incidence of constipation in cardiovascular hospitalized patients"as the theme of the quality control activities,according to the activities of quality control system in patients with cardiovascular disease in patients with constipation occurred in the theme selected to develop the activities of the plan,the status of grasp,Analysis,countermeasure formulation,countermeasure implementation and review,effect confirmation,standardization,review and improvement.Results:After the development of quality control activities,the incidence of constipation in patients with cardiovascular disease decreased from 50.0% before the improvement to 17.1%,the rate of progress was 65.5%,the target compliance rate was 118.3%,the team's ability to solve problems,Spirit,communication ability,enthusiasm,self-confidence,innovation ability,QCC approach 8 ability equally divided by the activities before the 4.0~6.9 points to 7.1 to 9.3 points.Conclusion:Quality control activities can effectively reduce the incidence of constipation in cardiovascular patients,improve the quality of cardiology,to avoid the occurrence of heart malignancy,to ensure medical security.
