Effect of oral and fumigation combined with acupoint massage on intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in diabetic patients with DPN

Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine oral and fumigation combined with acupoint massage on diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Method:A total of 60 patients with diabetic DPN were selected from January 2015 to May 2017.According to the principle of voluntary participation,30 patients who received routine treatment and nursing of diabetes were selected as the control group and 30 cases were treated as the observation group.Chinese medicine oral and fumigation combined acupressure;4 weeks for a course of treatment,2 courses after the end of treatment compared the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and quality of life.Result:The clinical efficacy and quality of life score(ADL)of the two groups were different.The total effective rate and ADL score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P 0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Chinese medicine oral and fumigation combined with acupressure massage Chinese medicine intervention can achieve the effect of qi and nourishing qi and promoting blood circulation,can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus DPN,clinical effect is significant,there is a certain clinical value.
