Nutritional support nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with pseudobulbar palsy dysphagia and its effect

Objective:To explore the progress and effect of stage of nutritional intervention in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with pseudobulbar palsy and swallowing difficulties.Methods:Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with pseudo-balloon palsy were randomly divided into control group and observation group(30 cases)according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with routine nursing measures of neurology,and the observation group carried out the stage nutrition intervention on the basis of nursing group.The nutritional indicators and the improvement of swallowing function were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment.Results:The nutritional indicators of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group.The improvement of the swallowing function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion:Cerebral infarction with pseudo-ball palsy swallowing difficult to implement stage nutritional intervention,can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients,promote the recovery of swallowing function,speed up the rehabilitation of patients.
