Effects of quality nursing model of maternity bed on maternal self-care and breastfeeding

Objective:To explore the effect of maternal self-care ability and breastfeeding in maternity bed care model.Methods:100 cases of primipara were randomly divided into the observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50),the control group was treated with traditional conventional mother and child care quality,and the observation group The The self-care ability of the two groups was compared with that of the two groups at 3 days after delivery and 6 months after discharge.Results:Since all grading nursing ability on maternal observation group was obviously higher than that of control group(P 0.01),there are significant difference statistically significant;Within three days after delivery,exclusive breastfeeding rate of observation group was obviously better than that of control group(P 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Discharge were followed up for 6 months,observation group exclusive breastfeeding rate is significantly better than the control group(P 0.01),there are significant difference statistically significant.Conclusion:Mother maternal bedside nursing model for primiparous can significantly improve the self-care ability of primiparous women,improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding,promote nurse-patient relationship and improve the quality of obstetric care.
