Clinical characteristics and nursing intervention measures of aggressive behavior in female schizophrenic patients

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and nursing intervention measures of aggressive behavior in female schizophrenic patients.Methods:148 female patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects.The patients were divided into aggressive behavior group with 32 cases and without aggression behavior group with 116 cases.The mental health status of the patients was assessed by the BPRS and the NOISE.Results:Among the 148 women with schizophrenia,32 cases had aggressive behavior,the incidence rate was 21.62%.The aggression behavior of schizophrenics was controlled by psychiatric symptoms to some extent.Conclusion:The aggressive behavior of female schizophrenics can be controlled by the mental status of the patients and should be treated promptly.
