Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of AKS-doped Molybdenum Plate

The characteristic evolution of the doped phase in the AKS-doped molybdenum plates after rolling under different reduction such as 20%,40%,50% and annealing was disscussed.Mechanical properties of AKS-doped molybdenum plates with different doping contents(AKS-1∶0.08 pct K,AKS-3∶0.27 pct K,AKS-5∶0.45 pct K) were studied.The results showed that doped phases in rolling plates were elongated and then broke into pieces,at last arrayed along rolling direction.With the increase of doping content,the mechanical properties including tensile strength,extensibility and cupping value were increased notably.The processing of AKS-doped molybdenum plate became more difficult with the increase of doping content.
