Research and Development on Aluminum Alloy Anode Materials

Hou Delong*,Song Yueqing,Li Defu,Shen Jian(Processing Engineering Research Center,General Research Institute for Non-Ferrous Metals,Beijing 100088,China)  
Main thinking in research and development of aluminum alloy,which is obtaining anodes material by improving the energy of alloy surface and changing its polarizing property,were analyzed based on domestic and foreign aluminum anodes research situation.The developing procedures of aluminum alloy anodes from pure aluminum and dualistic alloy to multivariate alloy was studied.Main points that affect its electrochemical performance,including alloying elements such as Sn and Bi,impurity elements like Fe and Si,and its structure were commented.Aluminum alloy anodes implicating in special environment should be developed in the future.
