Analysis on the Inventory Management of Small and Medium-Sized Supermarkets

As an indispensable part of daily life, supermarkets have always had a broad market. Nowadays, the supermarket industry in China has entered the saturation stage, and the small and medium-sized supermarkets are different from the large chain supermarkets, they often only focus on cost to improve benefits, but ignore the importance of inventory management. How to strengthen inventory management and maintain high profitability is one of the problems that supermarkets must pay attention to. Therefore, the effective management of supermarket inventory can make the supermarket have better competitive power and profit space in the market environment. Aiming at the problems of inventory management, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions, it is hoped that this can give some reference.
