The Design of a New Type of Automatic Control System for Five Die Five Molding Machine

In view of the shortcomings of the control system of the five die five molding equipment, such as the simple control system, poor stability, high failure rate and difficult acquisition of the industrial data, an automatic control system for five die five molding machine with automatic control, working condition display, data transmission and fault diagnosis is designed. The system takes S7-200 Smart PLC controller as the core, monitors the remote status of the system through a variety of sensors in real time, diagnoses faults online, and realizes the intelligent control of the molding machine under different working conditions. The operation of this system is more simple, and it can effectively improve the stability of the equipment and the quality of products, and the application prospect of which is promising.
