Establish Second Tier Market as Quickly as Possible

It is very necessary to establish Second Tier Market to set up financing channels for Medium-and-Small Size Enterprise in our country.In this thesis,on the basis of initial introducing on meaning and development course of Second Tier Market,I inquire into the necessity and possibility of establishing Second Tier Market in our country at present, and design the fundamental frame of Second Tier Market.
