Quality of Catering Service and Food Safety Administration in Export Processing Zone of Kunshan City

[Objective] To implement comprehensive evaluation on quality of catering service and food safety administration in export processing zone of Kunshan City before and after management mode of food safety related data record and commitment,and provide reference for carrying out catering service and food safety administration well in the future.[Methods]Osculating value method was adopted to evaluate the quality of catering service and food safety administration in export processing zone .Results of health examination,supervision coverage,tableware monitoring,etc were standardized.The quality change of catering service and food safety administration in export processing zone before and after management mode of food safety related data record and commitment was analyzed.[Results]Osculating value C2010C2009C2008C2007.After implementation of management mode,the quality of catering service and food safety administration was significantly better than before.[Conclusion]Osculating value method has great potential in application.Record and commitment system has changed the previous fuzzy consumption of workers,has improved the holding rate of collective meal delivery permit and health certificate,and has effectively curbed food safety hazards.
