Porcelains with Engraved Patterns from the Dangyangyu Kiln

Porcelains with engraved patterns is a very special production of the Angyang kiln, and it's also one of the most beautiful productions from the family of Cizhou kiln. Based on data from the field investigation and referring the excavated data of Cizhou kiln and the handed dwon vessels, this paper give an preliminary analysis to the varieties, craftworks, date of the porcelains with engraved patterns, and then checks their relationships with the other productions of Cizhou Kilsn. The author also point out that, Dangyang Kiln and Cizhou Kiln maybe the major produce base of the porcelains with engraved patterns, and they have the mosts developed techniques and styles of adoration of this kind of production.
