Craniocerebral Imaging Analysis of Neurofibromatosis(Analysis of 9 Cases)

The craniocerebral imaging manifestations of 9 cases with neurofibromatosis were analysed.8 of which were proved by operations and 1 by biopsy.All the cases had skin fibromata,pigmentation and mental retardation.Some patients had nervous deafness and visual disorders. The main imaging manifestations:①craniofacial abnormalities(8 cases) including defect of calvarium and thinning.Defect and enlargement of internal auditory canal,Sella turcica,orbit and optic nervous foramen.②The tumors of brain and cranial nerves including acoustic neuroma(5 cases),meningioma (4 cases) and optic nerve glioma(1 cases).Bilateral acoustic neuroma complicated with meningioma,especially with multiple meningioma in young patients,may be main accordance to diagnose neurofibromatosis.
