Talar-neck fracture associated with taloscaphoid subluxation. A report of 14 cases

14 cases of talar-neck fracture associated with taloscaphoid subluxation treated by manual reduction are reported in the paper. The mechanism, main points for diagnosis, maneuyer and prognosis are presented. In treatment manual reduetion should be first selected. Whether the taloscaphoid ioint obtains an accurate reduetion or not, or whether the ischemie necrosis of the talar body occurs after reduction or not is the decisive factor of the curative efficiency and prognosis.
