Promotive effect of Injection Drynariae on the precipitation of calcium and bhasbhate. A primary study
Ma Kechang, et al
It has been found by tissue culture that Injection Drynariaestimulates significantly the growth and calcification of embyo chicken bone primordium. The activity of alkaline phosphatase andthe content of hexosamine of the tested groups were respectively155.7±19.7％ and 113.7±6.3％ of the control. The content of calcium was 119.9±8.8％ and that of phosphate 126.4±8.0％ of the control. However, Injection Drynariae inhibited the collagen synthesis markedly. The content of HP of the treated groups were only 73.6±4.8％of the control. In the case of an abundance of Vc, this effect will be more obvious.
