AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON ANTI INFLAMMATORY AND ANALGETIC EFFECT OF ANTIONCOTIC AND BLOOD CIRCULATION ACTIVATING BAG INFUSED POWDER

Xu Baojun , Zhao Xinjie , Jin Xueling , et al Luoyang Orthopedic Traumatological Institute of Henan Province, Luoyang 471002
Using analgetic and anti inflammatory animal models, the authors made pharmacodynamical experimental studies on antioncotic and blood circulation activating bag infused powder (ABP). The results showed that the external application of different concentrations of ABP has a significant inhibitory effect on the painful reaction caused by mouse hot plate and acetic acid induced mouse body twisting and on the inflammatory reaction caused by xylene induced mouse ear edema and carrageenin induced rat plantar edema. The pharmacodynamic action of ABP has a significant advantage over that of the externally applied agents directly made from the raw drug. Warm washing with ABP is an effective medicine for treating the pains, swellings, joint dysfunction, etc in middle and late staged injury.
