Circuit drivers of signal-acquiring unit in seafloor magnetotelluric system

This paper discusses the design of the intelhgent drivers for non-realtime monitor mode,which suits forseafloor MT acquisition.By reading the GPS time,the drivers can synchronize the RTC clock in the main control unitPC104 of the seafloor MT instrument with the GPS time at microsecond level.This function makes it possible for dif-ferent MT systems to acquire time series in remote reference mode.The drivers realize data acquisition through read-ing the predefined parameter file,eliminate redundancy information using cascade decimation technique before savingdata,and reduce noises of writing disk in the way of keeping data be resident in high memory area before hand.
