An Improved Effectiveness Evaluation Method based on Cloud Model

A synthetical cloud is applied in the effectiveness evaluation method for the shortcomings of cloud gravity center method and cloud model method. We synthesize the max and min evaluate values, then we can make our decision. Finally, we justify the capability through a simple example. It provides a way for the improvement of effectiveness evaluation method based on cloud model.
