Investigation report of tea drinking fluorosis in Chenbaerhu flag

Objective To verify Chenbaerhu flag is merely a tea drinking fluorosis area.Methods Field Epidemiology;Fluoride detection by fluorine ion electric scanning.Results The fluorine level in water were between 0.35 and 0.63 mg/L;in milk between 0.6 to 4.87 mg/L;in children urine between 0.16 and 6.65 mg/L;in adult urine between 0.64 and 12.7 mg/L.The positive rate of dental fluorosis among children was no more than 30% (average 21.6%).The highest positive rate of adult skeletal fluorosis was 57.63% and lowest 16.67%.Conclusions Chenbaerhu flag is merely a tea drinking fluorosis area.
