Effects of lamb gastric granules in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis

Objective: To investigate the effect of lamb gastric particles and its inflammatory factors in chronic atrophic gastritis(GAS) rats. Methods: 40 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, low dose group and high dose group, with 10 rats each.The low dose group was given 1.2 g/(kg·d) once a day; the high dose group was given 4.8 g/(kg·d) once a day; the normal group and the model group were given an equal dose of saline once a day.Rats from each group were gavaged for 4 weeks.The pathological histology of gastric mucosa was evaluated by HE staining, the mucosal damage index was measured by Cuth, measuring the serum GAS and MTL levels, and IL-1, IL-6, IL-10 and TNF-α levels, respectively. Results: The gastric mucosa damage index was higher than the normal group(P0.05); The gastric mucosal injury index was lower in the low and high dose groups than in the model group(P0.05);The gastric mucosal injury index in the high-dose group was lower than that in the low-dose group(P0.05). The serum gas level in the model group, low dose group and high dose group was lower than that in the normal group, while the MTL level was higher than that in the normal group(P0.05); The level of serum gas in low-dose group and high-dose group was higher than that in model group, while the level of MTL was lower than that in model group(P0.05); The serum gas level in the high-dose group was higher than that in the low-dose group, while the MTL level was lower than that in the low-dose group(P0.05). Serum IL-1 in model group, low dose group and high dose group β、IL-6 and TNF-α The level of IL-10 was lower than that of normal group(P0.05; Serum IL-1 in low dose group and high dose group β、IL-6 and TNF-α The level of IL-10 was higher than that of model group(P0.05; Serum IL-1 in high dose group β、IL-6 and TNF-α.The level of IL-10 was higher than that of low dose group(P0.05). Conclusion: the effect of yangyangwei granule in gas rats is obvious, which can reduce the damage of gastric mucosa, improve gastric dynamics, and reduce inflammatory reaction.
