Analysis of chemical constituents in the medicinal materials of Siphonostegia chinensis Benth based on Ultra-high resolution liquid chromatography

Ultra high pressure liquid chromatography electrospray quadrupole tandem electrostatic field high resolution mass spectrometer was developed for rapid qualitative analysis of chemical constituents from Siphonostegia chinensis Benth, ACE C_(18) column was used in this research, 0.1% formic acid water acetonitrile was used as gradient elution phase. Simultaneous acquisition of positive ion mode and negative ion mode and and HCD collision dissociation was used to obtain fragment ion data, the chemical composition and structure were analyzed by integrating the existing database composition data and the fragmentation law of fragmentions, Sixty four chemical constituents were identified, Matrine; Aucubin; Rehmannioside A, Melittoside, Geniposidic acid, Geniposide, Asperulosidic acid, Schaftoside, Isofraxidin, Periplocin, Acacetin were identified from the medicinal material Siphonostegia chinensis Benth. for the first time. This method has the advantages of rapid and efficient detection, can comprehensively reflect the chemical components in Siphonostegia Chinensis Benth, and provides an accurate and reliable detection method for the in-depth separation and study of the pharmacodynamic material basis and quality standard of Siphonostegia chinensis Benth.
