The i angle calibration and correction method of DiNi03 digital level

The level sight line error(i angle) is used to correct the height of point of sight of the level. Therefore, the accuracy of i angle, especially the correction accuracy, is very important to the measurement accuracy of the digital level. This paper puts forward the calibration and correction method of the circular level of Trimble DiNi03 digital level, the procedures and methods for optical and electronic i angle calibration and correction. It provides a useful reference for surveyors to understand the basic calibration methods, as well as for calibration institutions and surveying and mapping instrument maintenance practitioners to know the calibration and correction of i angle.
