Design and implementation of 3D geographic information visualization system based on Skyline

3 D geographic information model is not only an important carrier of smart city construction, but also an important urban basic geographic data, 3 D visualization technology can simulate urban virtual scenes and help improve the efficiency of urban management. Firstly, this paper introduces the overall technical process of 3 D geographic information visualization system construction. Secondly, the key technology of 3 D scene construction and optimization are analyzed respectively. Finally, a 3 D visualization system on the web end is designed and developed based on Skyline software, and it is applied to a specific case to realize the functions of 3 D model display and browsing, spatial analysis, and others, which can provide reference for the construction of similar 3 D systems.
