The coupling and coordinated development of rural basic public services and rural revitalization is of great significance to alleviate the multidimensional relative poverty in rural areas.Based on the rich connotation of rural basic public services and rural revitalization, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the two systems is constructed. The entropy method and the coupling coordination degree model are used to calculate the coupling coordination of rural basic public services and rural revitalization in 30 provinces, autonomous regions and cities in China from2010 to 2019. The panel Tobit and panel threshold models are constructed to investigate the influencing factors of the coupling coordination degree, and the spillover effect of the influencing factors is analyzed through the spatial Dubin model. The results show that: 1. Urbanization level, economic development level, financial support for agriculture level, human capital and traffic convenience have a significant positive effect on the coupling and coordinated development of the two systems. 2. The influencing factors of the coupling coordination degree of the two systems have obvious heterogeneity among the eastern, central and western regions. 3. Agricultural production efficiency and human capital have a positive spatial spillover effect on the coupling coordination degree of adjacent areas, and the degree of traffic convenience has a negative spatial spillover effect on the coupling coordination degree of surrounding areas. Finally, according to the analysis results, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
