Visualized Analysis of Research Progress of Fuzi Based on CiteSpace

Objective:Using the method of bibliometrics to analyze articles related to Fuzi published in Chinese and foreign languages, so so as to identify the status of Fuzi related researches. Methods: Web of Science(WoS) core collection and CNKI databases were systematically searched to collect Fuzi related researches. CiteSpace(5.8.R3) and Excel 2017 were used to statistically analyze the key characteristics of the literatures related to Fuzi, such as the number of publications, authors, institutions and research hotspots. Results: A total of 1316 Chinese literatures and 186 English literatures related to Fuzi were included in this study. The authoranalysis showed that PengCheng is the most published author in both Chinese and English Fuzi related literature. The research institution analysis showed that the research institution with the largest number of articles published in both English and Chinese was Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Keywords analysis showed that the Chinese literatures related to Fuzi focused on compatibility, monomer composition and compatibility study, while the English literaturesrelated to Fuzifocused on composition determination and mechanism of action. Conclusion: The four research hotspots of Fuzi are material basis, effect enhancement and toxicity reduction, mechanism of action, processing research.Data mining and mechanism of action may still be the research direction in the future.
