On the Relation of Social Capital,Organizational Learning and Organizational Innovation:a Experiential Study of Companies in Pearl River Delta Region of China

We examine the relationships among social capital,Organizational learning,administrative innovation and technical innovation in this paper.The sample of this study has 139 companies in Pearl River Delta Region of China.We proofed that firm-internal social capital has a positive direct impact on organizational learning,firm-external social capital has a positive indirect impact on technical innovation,organizational learning has a positive direct impact on administrative and technical innovation,and administrative innovation has a positive indirect impact on technical innovation.
