Comprehensive Evaluation of the Suitable Sowing Date of Summer Soybeans Guixia 7 by Principal Component Analysis

In order to improve the yield of soybean in Guangxi, Guixia 7 was main cultivar, and used as the test material. Through 6 sowing date treatments(B 1, B 2, B 3, B 4, B 5 and B 6), and the principal component analysis method was used for synthesis to evaluate the suitable sowing date of the new summer soybean varieties in Guangxi. The results showed that 10 agronomic traits of 6 different sowing dates were converted into 2 mutually independent comprehensive indicators through principal component analysis, it could represented 93.474% of the information of all data. Sowing dates with a comprehensive score greater than 0 were B 3, B 2 and B 1, respectively. The suitable sowing period for Guangxi summer soybeans Guixia 7 was from June 5 th to June 25 th.
