Optimization of Nitrogen Application Rate, Planting Density and Leaf Number of Flue-cured Tobacco Variety Yunyan 116

In order to explore the suitable cultivation measures of Yunyan 116 in Bijie tobacco area, the effects of different nitrogen application rates, planting density and leaf number on the output value of Yunyan 116 were studied by three factor quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination design. Single factor effect analysis showed that within the experimental range, the output value of flue-cured tobacco increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate, planting density and the number of leaves left. Nitrogen application rate was the primary factor affecting the output value, followed by the number of leaves left and planting density. The two factor interaction analysis showed that the interaction effect between nitrogen application rate and leaf number had the greatest and negative effect on the output value. The output value was simulated and optimized. The results showed that when the nitrogen application rate was 5.87-6.91 kg/667 m~2, the transplanting density was 1 047-1 153 plants/667 m~2 and the number of leaves left was 19-21 pieces/plant, the target output value of more than 2 300 yuan/667 m~2 could be obtained, which was the optimal cultivation combination of Yunyan 116 in Bijie area.
