On the basis of clarifying the correlation between the resilience and high-quality development of tourism traditional villages, this paper constructs the resilience evaluation index system which includes five subsystems of economy, society, ecology, institution and culture. Taking Henan Province as research area, it quantitatively measures the resilience of traditional villages and the coordinated development degree of subsystems by using grey correlation model and coupling coordination degree model. Based on the above, it explores the high-quality development path of tourism traditional villages. The results are shown as follows: 1) The resilience of tourism traditional villages in Henan Province is generally at a medium high level, showing the characteristics of high spatial differentiation in the southern Henan Province and northern Henan Province, and low spatial differentiation in the middle and eastern Henan Province. 2) The value of the traditional village resilience subsystem are in order as follows from high to low: institutional resilience, economic resilience, social resilience, cultural resilience and ecological resilience, indicating that tourism development not only improves the governance system and promotes the employment and income of villagers, but also causes deep-seated interference to the natural environment and social culture. 3) The subsystems of traditional villages are generally in a medium low coordination state, which reflects that the resilience construction of traditional villages mainly depends on the biased growth of individual subsystems, and there are prominent unbalanced problems among subsystems. 4) According to the resilience level of traditional villages, they are divided into three types: brand demonstration type, intensive development type and protection-restoration type. It puts forwards that: Firstly, brand demonstration villages should be developed as a whole, tourism brand promotion should be carried out with the theme of "Hometown Village", and a linkage mechanism of policy coordination, industrial complementarity, transportation interconnection and facility sharing should be established. Secondly, intensive development villages should be developed in key areas, establish tourism risk prevention mechanism, and strictly monitor the changes in the resilience level. Thirdly, conservation and restoration villages should realize the activation of endogenous elements and the improvement of self-healing ability of them through the guidance of exogenous elements, seek and create new development opportunities.
